Due to the delicate nature of stained glass, we ship our products fully insured and are happy to offer a free replacement or 100% money back guarantee for any products that arrive broken or damaged.

Return Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.

All other products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. All packaging and shipping costs are at the customers expense. Items returned damaged will not be refunded. We highly recommended that any returns are properly packaged and insured.
